Leider war der Wagen nicht vollgetankt. Hätte Ihn zwar mit dem selben Füllstand wie übernommen zurückgeben dürfen, ist jedoch beim Tanken nicht wirklich möglich. Dadurch habe ich den Wagen mit mehr Tankinhalt zurückgegeben. Somit entstanden höhere Spritkosten (ca. 15 EUR Mehrkosten).

Besten Dank Super Preisleistung. Gerne Wieder

alles Bestens ein Bescheinigung bei der Abgabe des Autos würde ich begrüssen wir kommen wieder auf Kreta und zu Eurocar

Bitte bedenken Sie, dass das Ausstellen einer Bescheingung die Anwesenheit eines Mitarbeiters bei der Auto-Rückgabe erfordert und damit eine erhebliche personelle Aufstockung des Außendienstes, mit anderen Worten: deutlich höhere Mietpreise.

One of the friendliest and customer orientated companies I have used in a long time. it was a pleasant surprise to find they were interested in the customer first and foremost. What you see on the website and what they say is included is exactly what you get! no extra insurances were required and the team could not do enough to ensure that we had a great holiday. I would whole heartedly recommend and use again.

Fahrertür quietschte. Getriebe war hakelig, insbesondere der Rückwärtsgang. Ansonsten o.k.

Insgesamt sehr zufrieden. Sehr unkomplizierte Abwicklung. Besonders gut fanden wir die unaufgeforderte nochmalige Bestätigungsmail einige Tage vor unserer Ankunft. Wir kommen bei einem neuen Besuch in Kreta gerne wieder auf Sie zurück.

Every year, being on Crete (more than 10 times), I rent a car in this company. I'm always very satisfied. Car is every time in very good technical condition and the quality of service is perfect. I'm sure that next year during holidays on Crete I will also rent car in Eurocars.

EN It was a good surprise to have the C4 Cactus. It was the appropriate vehicle for a family of four with lots of suitcases. Engine and air-conditioning went just fine. The procedure to return the car was so convenient. Thanks to the eurocars-crete team. FR Malgré un quiproquo concernant le type de véhicule nous avons pu louer une C4 cactus récente comme prévu. C'était une belle surprise et je dois dire que c'était très confortable pour la petite famille de 4 personnes et les nombreux bagages contenaient facilement dans le coffre. La voiture était équipée d'un moteur essence qui répondait bien aux sollicitations sur les routes très pentues et sinueuses de Crète. La climatisation a parfaitement joué son rôle. Un vrai bonheur. La restitution du véhicule à l'aéroport de Chania était simplissime et très bien organisée. Pour les francophones qui vont découvrir la conduite en Crète pour la première fois : soyez vigilant et adaptez votre conduite.

Alles bestens wie gehabt. Nur eine Einweisung fand nicht statt, war für mich aber auch nicht nötig. Das ist aber bestimmt nicht bei allen Kunden so.

Der neue Renault war super. Vom Platzangebot gleich wie der Skoda Roomster, den wir bisher hatten. Auch hat er wenig Sprit verbraucht. Wir haben das Fahren genossen, vielen Dank!
