Das Navigationsgerät ist oft unbrauchbar.

es hat alles wie immer super funktioniert. Es war alles zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit. Wir würden auch in Zukunft nur bei Eurocars buchen.

Fantastic service from start to finish, Extremely easy and straight forward instructions for pickup and drop off. Most certainly will use Eurocars again for our next visit to Crete

eine Landkarte von Kreta würde ich rein legen, eine Information zum Wartungsstand: Bremsen gecheckt, Schaltung gecheckt, Reifen ......, einen Hinweis zu den Blitzern, spez. nachts, wenn man stärker auf die Straße fixiert ist.

Es hat wieder alles sehr gut geklappt. Danke dafür und wir werden in Zukunft wieder bei ihnen reservieren. Ute Thudium

Die Übergabe war pünklich und die Einweisung gut. Wir waren mit dem Auto gut unterwegs un d haben viel gesehen. Leider ist die Witterung der Insel sehr staubig und das Auto war stark verschmutz.Das tut uns leid ist aber nicht zu vermeiden. Vielen Dank für ihre Bemühungen.

Das Auto(Fiat Panda) war ein etwas älteres Fahrzeug mit ca. 60000 KM Laufleistung. Die Schaltung war etwas schwergängig, aber sonst war alles in Ordnung. Gerne jederzeit wieder mit Eurocars Crete.

Wir waren mit allem sehr zufrieden und werden beim nächsten Aufenthalt bestimmt wieder bei Ihnen buchen. Besonders gut fanden wir den Service, dass uns das Auto ins Hotel gebracht wurde. Vielen Dank !!!

Ich hatte eigentlich einen 4WD reserviert und bezahlt. Das ausgelieferte Fahrzeug hatte aber meiner Meinung nach keinen Allradantrieb. Renegade Sport wird nach Auskunft von Jeep Europa nur als Vorderradantrieb ausgeliefert. Ich konnte auch an den Hinterrädern keinerlei Antriebswellen (Foto vorhanden) und kein Verteilergetriebe erkennen. Ich habe den VIM Code fotografiert und lasse ihn auslesen. Wir wurden noch bei keiner Mietwagenagentur so freundlich und unkompliziert bedient. Außerdem haben wir kulanterweise kurzfristig einen zusätzlichen Kindersitz für einen Tag erhalten. Perfekt!!!

I was disappointed when I collected the vehicle because I specifically requested a Jeep Renegade and was given a Nissan vehicle. I requested the Jeep Renegade via email and I was very clear about it. If you cannot guarantee the make and model of the vehicle then that is a problem for me. Kindest Regards Michael

Really excellent rental service. Excellent email communication. They sorted a mistake in the booking dates I had made with no fuss. Friendly meet and greet. Car exactly as described. Really good directions for how to find them from the airport. The Nissan micra we hired was the right size for crete's windy roads. The air con was a must in August. Although basic spec Model it had a handy USB port that meant we could charge the phone while using google maps. Would recommend this company and definitely use again if We return to Crete. Thanks again.

The only thing we missed was the 4x4 drive. On mountain roads (especially after spring rains this year) it was sometimes difficult to drive with 4x2 and the 4x4 Renegade model has slightly higher ground clearance, I thing. With 4x4 drive it would be an ideal car for Crete.

Wie all die Jahre zuvor: Guter Service, gute Betreung. Aber: Seriöser wäre ein voller Tank bei der Übernahme des Mietwagens.

Und natürlich deutlich teurer. Denn es muss nicht nur eine Kaution in Höhe des Wertes der Tankfüllung auf der Kreditkarte gesperrt werden, sondern wir müssen auch zusätzliches Personal einstellen, das rund um die Uhr am Flughafen auf zurückkehrende Fahrzeuge wartet und den Tankpegel kontrolliert.

I'm very satisfied

Renting a car was an easy, hassle free and pleasant experience. Thank you for allowing us to extend our reservation by 45 mins! Our ferry was delayed by over an hour and the representative waited for us to arrive at the port. Highly recommended!

I had requested a Volkswagen Polo for this trip when I had reserved back in April and was disappointed that this could not be accommodated, particularly since I am a repeat customer and have rented from this company every time I visit Crete.

Die Anmietung und Abgabe des Fahrzeugs hat ohne Probleme funktioniert. Alle Mitarbeiter (Reservierung und vor Ort) waren sehr nett. Wir werden Eurocars wieder benutzen.

Der Fiat 500L war Neu und daher in einem Top-Zustand. Für 4 Personen mit großem Gepäck sehr gut geeignet. Wieder ein perfektes Service
