Wagen wurde punktliche zum Hotel gebracht und dort auch abgeholt. Regulierung des Reifenersatzes prompt. Bei entsprechendem Anruf an einem Sonntag wurde effizient und zuvorkommend eine Problemlösung am selben Tag organisiert. Absolut empfehlenswert.

What we like is that you have this very simple system - no extras for 2nd driver, no 'deliver empty', no discussions about scratches etc. And you have very friendly, easy going staff.

Jedes Mal ein technisch und optisch tadelloses Fahrzeug zu fairem Preis, jedes Mal eine überaus freundliche Begrüßung am Flughafen mit schnellstmöglicher und unkomplizierter Fahrzeugübergabe mit einem Minimum an Formalitäten und jedes Mal mal das Gefühl von absolut seriöser Betreuung. Den großen Mitbewerbern unbedingt vorzuziehen!

We had 2 cars during our stay as we needed a larger car for one week. The change was easily arranged. The first car was almost new. We will be coming back soon.

We did rent a 7 seater and got a 9seater for two weeks from Heraklion, Crete. The service was perfect. We were picked up from departure and after we dropped the car we got a lift to arrivals. Very friendly and helpful staff. Very recommended.

Kein Anstehen bei der Fahrzeugübergabe am Flughafen. Wir wurden von einem freundlichen Mitarbeiter mit einem Schild mit unserem Namen erwartet. Auto war okay, gerne mieten wir bei unserem nächsten Kreta-Urlaub wieder bei Eurocars:-)

Wir hatten am letzten Tag auf dem Weg zum Flughafen eine Panne mit einer kaputten Kupplung im Auto und wollten uns jetzt nochmals ganz herzlich für den guten Service bedanken! Es wurde uns sofort geholfen und bereits 25 Minuten später fuhr uns ein netter Mitarbeiter weiter zum Flughafen und wir kamen pünktlich an! Das war super! Liebe Grüsse und herzlichen Dank!

I really liked the service and the state avtomobliya. Fully meets expectations.

Wir waren wieder 16 Tage auf Kreta unterwegs. Bin sehr zufrieden, alles hat bestens geklappt. Das Fahrzeug war in einem sehr guten Zustand, die Übergabe war problemlos. Auch der eigene Parkplatz für Mietwägen ein Stück außerhalb des Flugplatzes von Chania ist eine gute Lösung. Ich werde Eurocars auch gerne weiter empfehlen.

Skoda Yeti was perfect for our usage (4 persons and baggages). Only concern, the Yeti 1,2L engine lacks torque when starting on some mountains slopes (and 2 wheels drive only doesn't help). Anyway, we are very happy with Eurocars service and we will not hesitate to rent again your cars or to recommend you to our friends.

Excellent service as always even after my son in laws accidental damage. This is the tenth year we have rented your cars we hope to rent for another ten.

Das Fahrzeug hat bestens funktioniert, nach Aufleuchten eines Kontrolllichtes hat uns ein sehr freundlicher Tankwart in Zakros Öl nachgefüllt, danach ging es sicher weiter. Bis zum nächsten Jahr, E. Leithner
