With this web site, we aim to provide you with complete information on all our services and help you to find and book your holiday car directly at net rates, without paying any commissions to agents or tour operators. Rates request / On-line reservation This page includes the initial forms both for individual rates inquiries and for straight reservation of your rental car. Rental rates depend on your choice of vehicle, on the dates and times as well as the places of delivery and return, and on your choice of extra equipment and insurance. The form will collect all information which is needed for preparing an individual offer. If you instead prefer to make a straight reservation, the program will guide you step by step through the rates calculation and through the entire reservation process. If there are any current special offers, they will also be shown in this page.
Delivery and return at 2 airports, 5 ports and many hotels on the island of Crete. The page explains about the meeting-points, about the procedure of picking up your car, and about the  times of delivery and return. It also includes a map.
Models, times and rates Our rental rates differ by seasons of the year. This page displays for each season the current rates, sorted by groups of vehicles and by rental duration. You can also view the technical and the equipment data as well as some photos of each car model. The rates for several extras such as children seats and additional insurance are shown at the rates table's bottom. There is also an overview on the included  services.
Insurance coverage This page presents a summary of the diverse insurance types and coverage and explains about the optional  Fully Comprehensive Insurance (FCI) which covers tires and underbody as well. It also explains in which cases the insurance will become  invalid (e.g. with drunk driving). Please also read our remark concerning lost or damaged  keys.
Method of payment Information on cash or credit card payment, on how to render the security deposit (unless the optional  Fully Comprehensive Insurance is included), and on the method of down payments (in certain cases).
General terms includes the  driving license requirements, the procedure of handling  traffic fines and towing fees, and the  shipping of rental cars. The page also shows a summary on rentees' and drivers' general obligations, and on the general restrictions in using rental vehicles. The comments on reservation of specific car  types and on our  fuel policy are important as well.
