Down Payment
When we prepare a reservation for a new customer, we ask a down payment of about 20 % of the total rental rate.
You can pay the down payment by credit card (VISA, Eurocard/Mastercard or American Express).
For this purpose there is a Secure Online Payment System running on our internet server which allows you to submit your Credit Card Data using the safe browser mode.

Your personal access key will be sent by e-mail together with your reservation as a link that you can click in order to connect straight to our security server.
Bank Transfer
In case that you do not have a credit card or if you do not like to use it, the down payment can be sent by bank transfer as well (inside Europe by
 SEPA
transfer).
We will send our bank account data on request.

Payment
The rest of the rental rate for the agreed-upon rental period is due upon delivery of the vehicle at the airport, at the port, or at your hotel.
You can pay by credit card as above, or in cash money (in Euro).
For payment in cash money we will grant a cash payment discount which will be shown in the rates calculation that we send with our reservation e-mail.

Cancellation
In case that you need to cancel your reservation the down payment will not be refunded, but there will be no additional cancellation costs or fees.
However, we ask our customers to notify us of any cancellations as early as possible, in order to allow us to offer the reserved car to someone else in time.

SEPA
means "Single Euro Payments Area" which includes those European countries where the banks run a unified system for money transfers inside this area.
Using the International Bank Account Number (IBAN) and the International Bank Code (BIC), money transfers inside the SEPA area are being handled at the same conditions as inland transfers are.

This mainly means that fees or expenses for abroad transfers will not anymore incur.
So SEPA transfers are the safest, most efficient and also cheapest way of inner-European payment transactions.
SEPA countries are all members of the European Union, as well as Iceland, Liechtenstein, Monaco, Norway and Switzerland.

Most of the bank customers who already use online banking systems, will find a SEPA transfer form among the electronic credit transfer tools that their banks provide.

Security Deposit
In case that you do not include the
Fully Comprehensive Insurance,
a Security Deposit equivalent to the excess amount (400.00 Euro) is required.
The deposit can be rendered as a Credit Card slip or in cash money.
